The Gene D. Burton Endowed Scholarship for Integration of Clinical Technology in Healthcare Design

In 2007, to celebrate our 20th year, GBA established The Gene D. Burton Endowed Scholarship for Integration of Clinical Technology in Healthcare Design. The scholarship is awarded annually to students pursuing a degree in the Department of Architecture from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Recipients demonstrate their interest in healthcare architecture by submitting an essay on the relationship of healthcare design to medical or clinical technology. We are proud to honor our founder, Gene D. Burton, by investing in the future of healthcare design.
